The Prague Raptors Men's B Team has soared to new heights in the first half of this season, sitting proudly at the top of the table with 30 points and a four-point cushion over second place.
This marks a monumental leap from the last half of the season when the team finished 7th with just 13 points.
With only 1 team guaranteed promotion it is going to be an interesting second half.
Record-Breaking Performance
This season’s transformation has been remarkable. The B Team has scored 50 goals while conceding only 7, giving us the best defensive record in the league and the second-best offensive record, just two goals shy of the top scorers.
Compared to last season, when the team scored 27 and conceded 27, the current goal difference of +43 is nothing short of outstanding. Last year's league winner grabbed 49 points, so if things go the same way we would only be 19 away.
Discipline on Point
On the discipline front, the team continues to maintain its composure. There have been no red cards so far, matching last season’s record, while yellow cards have dropped from 16 to 12. This improved discipline reflects the team’s focus and control on the pitch.
