The Raptors Academy is growing and by the end of 2023 we aim to be coaching over 300 kids across our own teams as well as in schools across the city of Prague.
As such we are now looking for coaches interested in a permanent contract - both full-time and part-time options are available for the right candidates.

Job Summary
Our new colleague would lead sessions at our academy and also help to deliver school sessions with schools and nurseries we already have links with.
Applicants must have a passion for the game and have at least some experience with coaching or working with children. We are looking for an individual who is a character well fitted to develop children not only as footballers, but individuals. They should also have a desire to learn, develop their skills and knowledge in all aspects of football and football management.
This role consists of several responsibilities. It consists of planning and delivering football sessions to children of all ages and abilities in both academy and school settings. In addition to this, the job consists of maintaining good relationships with schools and finding and developing new ones if possible.

Plan and deliver sessions in variety of environments
Develop and maintain links with schools and nurseries
To assist with any general administration regarding the coaching and projects
Education and Qualifications
Desirable:
Played or Coached in either strong academy or college level
FACR C or Level 1 in Football Coaching or equivalent
General Skills and attributes
Communication skills (preferably in more than one language)
As the coach will communicate with a wide range of people of all ages, backgrounds
Adaptability as you will work with a wide spread of age groups
To be able to change and adapt sessions, be available to do taster sessions. Change the approach according to situations
Organisational skills
To plan sessions, contingency plans and even long term training plans
Proactivity
Come up with new ideas to improve and progress the club, be initiative
Work as an individual in the team
We are looking for someone who can work independently but at the same time is a team player
