We are searching for a dynamic and passionate Academy Director to join the Raptors and help us to the next level.

The Raptors Academy includes boys & girls aged from 6 to 18. As a growing club, our perfect applicant will feel comfortable working with coaches & players across all teams and skillsets.

Tasks

Development of coaching team
Development of players
Development of academy philosophy
Weekly ownership of training and matches
Delegation of all responsibilities to coaching staff
Creation and application of academy processes
Disciplinary process for staff and players
Build ongoing relationship with Men’s and Women’s teams
Relationship building with parents, sponsors and the FA
Building and maintaining relationships with schools
Ensuring school timetable is up to date and properly resourced
Transfers & negotiating of incoming and outgoing players
Organising fixtures
Filling coaching sessions for holidays, sickness & resource gaps
Develop plans for entering futsal league in 2025/2026 season
Player registrations & transfers
Building and supervising player’s database (together with the coaches)
Ensure transport for games and tournaments is organised
Oversee roll-out of attendance and training routine application
Working with coaches on preparing regular player development plans and evaluations
Summer football camps planning and organisation

Requirements

Strong Leadership and Management skills
Excellent communication skills
A working knowledge and understanding of coaching and coach development
Experience in talent identification and recruitment of players
UEFA license B or higher
Criminal record (from countries lived for more than 6months in the past 10 years)
Desirable: English & Czech speaker
Desirable: Previous experience managing an academy
